Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Deal Sourcing: Systematically identify and analyze the right deals, staying ahead of market trends.
  • Lead Generation: Execute a variety of outbound lead-generating activities, including digital campaigns, cold calling/emailing, and attending tech events and conferences.
  • Lead Management: Efficiently manage and scrutinize inbound and outbound leads to identify promising opportunities.
  • Credit Analysis: Conduct initial credit assessments and vet potential deals with key clients such as founders, CEOs, and CFOs.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with entrepreneurs, investors, and other key players in the tech ecosystem.
  • Brand Representation: Actively represent the company at external investor events and conferences, focusing on generating new leads and expanding our network.
  • Collaborative Project Management: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and analytics, to propel projects forward.
  • Deal Lifecycle Involvement: Engage in the complete deal process, from origination to loan payout, and assist in the deal execution process.
  • Project Management: Facilitate communication and coordination between potential clients and our Credit team to guarantee efficient and successful due diligence and deal execution.


Educational Background:

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

Relevant Experience:

  • 5 years+ in growth investments (debt-focused experience preferred) and a solid background in sales, origination, relationship management.

Client Interaction Expertise:

  • Proven experience in roles involving sales, origination, or relationship management, showcasing your ability to engage with clients effectively.
  • Track record of generating leads and consistently meeting sales targets.

Transaction and Project Management Mastery:

  • Demonstrated success in originating and closing transactions (Equity, Debt, M&A).

Communication Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. (German and English)

Analytical Prowess:

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

Industry Knowledge:

  • A solid understanding of the technology industry and investment landscape.

Drive and Ambition:

  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Credit/Debt Experience:

  • Experience in and knowledge of deal flow activity in credit/debt funds will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Has solid experience working with financial statements and excels in building relationships with C-Level executives, Board Members, and equity investors.
