The position is based in Berlin, Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities in the software sector.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence, and market research to assess potential investments.
Collaborate with management teams to develop and implement strategic growth plans.
Support add-on acquisitions, succession solutions, buy & build concepts, spin-offs, carve-outs, MBOs, MBIs, PIPEs, and growth financing initiatives.
Prepare detailed investment proposals, presentations, and other documentation.
Monitor and manage the performance of portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support.
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field, preferably with exposure to the enterprise software or technology sector.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and German is required.
