What you can expect with us

  • Active Account Management: Join our Customer Success Team and learn how we effectively support and collaborate with our customers to achieve shared goals.
  • Assistance in System Optimization: Actively contribute to setting up and customizing our employee apps.
  • Development of Training Materials: Assist in creating helpful introductory materials and inspiring training content to facilitate our customers' onboarding process.
  • Event Organization: Prepare customer meetings, interactive workshops, and energizing kick-off events.
  • Involvement in Success Stories: Gain insights into the design and evolution of our extensive collection of success stories, and contribute creatively to the planning of concepts.

What you bring with you

  • Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in customer management and are eager to expand on it.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • A sense of responsibility, independence, and a passion for creative and results-oriented work.
  • Good proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Some on-site presence (Stuttgart) is required for this position.
