Indirect Purchasing Buyer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:


·      Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect goods and services to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.

·      Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.

·      Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and service levels.

·      Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery, quality, or cost.

·      Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and provide guidance on procurement best practices.

·      Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.

·      Continuously seek opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

·      Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


Your profile:

 

·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

·      Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in indirect purchasing or procurement.

·      Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

·      Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·      Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

·      Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

·      Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in procurement.
