Your Tasks

• You develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for our PEM electrolyzers and stacks.
• You drive product-related decisions and shape an innovative, world-leading product portfolio.
• You lead a team of motivated and highly skilled product managers, supporting them in achieving their goals and in their ongoing development.
• As part of the senior management, you play a key role in executing the company’s overall strategy.
• You take ownership, for the economic success of our product portfolio and act as an entrepreneur within the company.
• You oversee and further develop the product evolution process.
• You guide our products through their complete lifecycle together with your team.
• You identify and validate product and market requirements for existing and future products based on sales, market, and competitive analyses.
  
  

Your Profile

• You own an excellent university degree in engineering, business or a related field.
• You are well-versed in product management and development of complex industrial goods.
• Technical understanding of the hydrogen industry, electrolysis or fuel cell technology is highly desired.
• You demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are fluent in English and ideally German.
