We are looking for a full-time Head of Product at our office in Berlin as soon as possible.

As a Head of Product, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy across the whole lifecycle.
What you’ll get to do
Develop and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with the key stakeholders and leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights
Lead end-to-end product development cycles, from ideation to launch and iteration
Attract and nurture a team of Product Managers, striving for excellence in their roles and develop high-performing product teams
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
Define and track metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement
Shaping the product roadmaps for your teams following the quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and provide clear priority guidance to your team
Develop the product practice across the domain and champion it across the product and tech organization
About you
You demonstrate a track record of successfully translating strategic objectives into actionable plans (product roadmap) by working with agile methodologies and product management tools
Demonstrated ability to prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives
You like to gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions and iterate on features
You prefer collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a deep understanding of the fintech industry landscape
You are able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and have a track record of successfully launching and scaling products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
You exhibit a highly structured mindset, ensuring meticulous organisation and systematic planning in all product-related endeavours
You demonstrate keen judgement by possessing a track record of making well-founded decisions guided by both data and intuition
You spark inspiration in others with innovative ideas and are unafraid to question conventional norms
You are fluent in German and English
