Deine Aufgaben
As a Service Head for all UnternehmerTUM legal entities, you will be responsible for the ownership, implementation, execution, and management of our IT services and products in becoming a MSP serviced-oriented IT organization
Developing and driving the Group IT service, project, and OKR strategy and ensuring and maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing IT organization standards
Responsibility for service costs and leveraging all opportunities to lower the cost base and avoid lock-in of high ratio of fixed costs
Through transformation and modernization processes, you will advance the IT service team technologically and organizationally with technical and disciplinary management of 7 team members
Leading, motivating, and developing team members based on the company’s values and fostering a high collaborative and performance culture
Providing strategic guidance for IT OKRs, including the evaluation and recommendation of technical controls
Engaging with service providers to ensure the quality of service, delivery of innovation, productivity, and problem/incident resolution
Dein Profil
University Degree or comparable education in Computer Science, IT, or Technology
At least four years in a leadership role with managerial and fiscal responsibility
At least 6 years of experience on operating high-availability platforms on a larger scale, or in IT governance
Experience in Microsoft 365, Google Cloud Platform experience, and G Workspace highly welcome
Deep knowledge in shaping modern system infrastructures and service architectures like ITIL, COBIT, ITSM or FAIR
Holistic understanding of business process management and service portfolio management (SLA, KPI)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (preferably both, C2 level in at least one)
Leadership skills: communication, good conflict and negotiation management
