Founders Associate - Revenue (m/f/d)

Your mission

We’re looking for an AAA operator to supercharge Ivy’s Revenue Team. In this high-velocity role, you'll play a pivotal part in sculpting Ivy's Revenue Team and GTM strategy. As you manage cross-functional collaboration with Product, Tech, and the CEO's office, you will become the crucial link in aligning and synergizing efforts across departments. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will independently lead initiatives, carving out your own path to impact at Ivy. You will think bigger than individual tasks, challenge the status quo and identify opportunities to improve Ivy's processes, data tracking, and collaterals.

Your Focus

• GTM Strategy and Optimization: Actively participate in defining our GTM strategy and initiatives to achieve it. Together with the CRO you will set-up and track OKRs, significantly influencing the strategic direction of Ivy. You will build out Ivy’s GTM backend and continuously challenge the status quo.
• RevOps Excellence: Spearhead the development of robust processes ensuring optimal visibility on revenue development and performance. Ensure we have clear and continuous insights into revenue trends, enabling proactive decision-making and fostering sustainable business growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Create processes and frameworks to unlock efficient and accurate reporting for internal stakeholders and the board. Build concise collaterals to support decision making. Working closely with the CRO, ship initiatives to ensure constant engagement from the Revenue Team. This ranges from hosting workshops and organizing team meet-ups to supporting the CRO in leading monthly and weekly retrospectives.

• Location Flexibility: Ideally based in Berlin or Munich, or open to relocating to one of these hubs to be at the heart of our operations.
