As the Director of IT Transformation Management, you will lead your team to drive IT transformation! Your role is pivotal in operationalizing transformation efforts as dictated by the Fresenius Kabi IT Operating Model. As the Director, you will lead efforts to improve costs, streamline IT operations, enhance efficiency, increase transparency, and harmonize our IT structure.

Your assignments

Project Management

  • Lead cross-functional transformative projects focused on IT process and landscape harmonization, IT efficiency, and organizational setup
  • Direct the transformation team and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of transformation projects


Portfolio Oversight

  • Oversee a portfolio of transformative projects within the IT organization
  • Partner with the IT Leadership to identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities
  • Manage dependencies between pivotal initiatives


Stakeholder Alignment

  • Align transformation initiatives with relevant stakeholders based on KPI-focused discussions
  • Ensure transparency on IT efforts and priorities across central and decentralized IT functions
  • Establish strong partnerships in the IT network of Fresenius Kabi and Group IT to foster effective collaboration and shared objectives


Strategic Involvement

  • Engage in long-term capability building within the IT organization to advance ways of working and
  • Deliver strategic and confidential transformation initiatives with reporting their status to the IT Leadership including the CIO


Transformation Adoption

  • Drive adoption of transformation initiatives and standardize processes across IT functions
  • Ensure tracking and measurement on the impact of transformation initiatives to quantify the outcome and value contribution to the business
  • Stay updated on industry trends and suggest actions to address any gaps


Standardization & Change Ambassador

  • Design and implement templates for standardizing decision-making processes within the IT organization
  • Promote transformation targets and benefits through personal meetings and act as a change agent


Your profile

  • Higher education degree in economics, computer science, digital information, or business information technology
  • Familiarity with IT operating models and IT service management
  • 6+ years of professional experience in transformative projects, organizational changes, technology, and digital transformations
  • 4+ years of experience working with top management level stakeholders
  • Professional experience and/or certification in ITIL is a plus
  • Strong team management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical and strategic conceptual thinking skill.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and at least one additional language: Spanish, German, Portuguese, Mandarin
  • Excellent focus on customer service and understanding of business operations
  • Self-directed and results-focused approach
