YOUR MISSION


  • You will be responsible for identifying potential and initiating solutions for customer needs and problems.
  • Your tasks will also include preparing customer status updates based on open tickets and communicating news and relevant changes.
  • You will deliver opportunities to our EP sales team.
  • You will act as the main point of contact for key customers defined as BoB with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • To evaluate and further develop the product and BD, you will regularly collect customer feedback on product requirements and pass these on to the Head of Customer Success for evaluation.
  • Regular monitoring and reporting of BoB metrics as well as identifying opportunities for customer success stories and online reviews to drive the company's value proposition will be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will support regular outreach activities at BoB.
  • You will keep up to date with our global product goals, ongoing operational plans as well as our new releases, building a high level of knowledge in order to identify the growth opportunies.
  • You will identify software modules and features which are growing the dependency of the customer to plentysystems.



YOUR PROFILE


  • Completed studies or comparable training in the field of business, marketing or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in customer success management
  • Experience with CRM tools and e-commerce software
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset and a strong understanding of customer care processes
  • Strong understanding of customer feedback and pain points
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in key BoB language
  • The ability to recognize opportunities, patterns and ideas
  • Team orientation and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
