Your responsibilities
Collaborate directly with the Product Manager to develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies
Conduct rigorous analysis of email performance metrics, iterating and refining campaign strategies accordingly
Generate innovative customer engagement initiatives aligned with business objectives
Use targeted messaging on-site via popups, and embedded messages with our software to further push your campaign strategies
Employ storytelling techniques to articulate the LUMAS brand and artist narratives, enhancing customer experience and loyalty
Your profile
3-4 years of hands-on CRM experience, ideally in eCommerce
An analytical mindset, skilled in converting raw data into actionable plans
Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities
Eager to step out of the junior role and ready to take on more responsibilities
Business fluent in German and English
