Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy tailored to our ecommerce business, focusing on customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value, and utilising various CRM channels to do so.
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, leveraging segmentation, personalisation, and automation to deliver relevant content and drive customer engagement.
  • Utilise CRM tools and analytics platforms to extract actionable insights, track key performance indicators, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product, to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals and drive a unified customer experience.
  • Segment customer data based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional information to create highly targeted marketing campaigns and loyalty programs.
  • Develop and optimise customer journeys for all of our markets, ensuring consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, feedback, and support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRM, ecommerce, and digital marketing, and proactively make recommendations to drive innovation and efficiency.

About You

  • Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) as a CRM Manager or similar role, preferably within an ecommerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and strategies, with a track record of developing and executing successful CRM campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (preferably Klaviyo!), email marketing tools, and marketing automation software.
  • Experience setting up CRM strategies and operations from scratch is a plus
  • Strong in data analysis and segmentation, with the ability to extract insights from customer data and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce dynamics, customer lifecycle, and revenue models.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to give helpful feedback on messaging and design related to CRM activities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and a deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape.
  • You are fluent in English - German is not required, but a plus
