"Journey of Enrichment" 🗺 This was the theme of our Company Offsite we recently held with 250 of our employees. Because at Miles & More we aim to enrich every journey, every customer and our every day of work. Through dynamic workshops and powerful presentations, we explored our strategy 'Shaping Loyalty for Generations to Come', customer centricity and agile working. This event was as much about our dedicated employees as it was about our valued Miles & More members. Our leadership team - Gerald Schloegl and Johann-Philipp Bruns - presented the strategy through powerful visuals and metaphors, taking us on a special journey to explore the true meaning of loyalty today and tomorrow. 🙌🏻 The star 🌟 of the day was the "ampersand" (&) symbolising the magic of merging perspectives and building connections across issues, people and teams. Interactive workshops, team building, Q&A sessions and collaborative sharing all played a part in making the day a success. We also celebrated four employees who had been with us and the Lufthansa Group for 25 years and bid a heartfelt farewell to Cornelia Sippel, our long-time Event Manager, who will end her illustrious 34-year career this year. The evening ended with a BBQ by the Rhine in Mainz, followed by a night of music and celebration, true to the spirit of our company.
