Inspire the next generation – that is our goal with Bloomberg's EU Women in Finance initiative. Thanks to Irene Niskier Cayet for organising that great event! It was an honour to join Bettina Orlopp and Souad Benkredda at the Bloomberg office in Frankfurt for a panel discussion moderated by Christoph Rauwald. We discussed our own career journeys with around 50 students and shared our learnings as women in finance. One message I always share with young talents is that a career in finance has many opportunities such as front-office e.g. in Alternative Assets but also requires expertise in areas including legal, accounting, ESG, and sales. At #MEAG, we encourage young talents and our trainees to rotate through all areas of the company in order to gain a well-rounded view and ultimately decide where they fit in! #Womeninfinance #MEAG #Finance #Bloomberg
