🤝 Driving Change: FINNpact Day in Baar-Ebenhausen At FINN, we believe in empowering our team to make a positive impact and give back to the community. 💚 Last week after the floodings in southern Germany, our team came together for a short-notice time-critical #FINNpact Day project in Baar-Ebenhausen, where severe flooding caused extensive damage. Our team spent the day clearing debris, restoring homes, and supporting the community in urgent need. This effort was particularly meaningful as Baar-Ebenhausen is the hometown of our team member Julia. A huge thank you to Julia and Maya for organizing and to the whole team who participated! 🙏 👉 Support for the Firefighters in Baar-Ebenhausen:  The firefighters have done incredible work over the past days and now require completely new equipment The local volunteer fire department’s equipment is heavily damaged, and they need our help. Please consider donating to support them in replacing vital gear and ensuring they are ready for future emergencies. Innovators in the making: START Fellowship visits FINN! 👋 A few weeks ago, we had around 30 students join us in the FINN office as part of the START Fellowship program. 🧑🎓✨ The START Fellowship is a START Global initiative that fosters entrepreneurial ecosystems and empowers young founders, equipping them with the skills and resources to bring their ideas to fruition. 💡 Their visit kicked off with a quick office tour, giving them a glimpse into our company culture and workspace. They then participated in a knowledge session led by Nikolai (COO) and Jack (VP of Talent Acquisition) on “Hiring the Best Talent.” The hiring learnings from FINN's early days were especially interesting to hear about! 🌟 It was truly inspiring to see how the students actively engaged and asked insightful questions. Celebrating Summer Early: A recap of our FINN Summer Event! 🎉 This year, we decided to celebrate the start of the warmer months a bit earlier at FINN. ☀️ The event kicked off with some delightful aperitifs, setting the perfect tone for a wonderful evening ahead. We then enjoyed a delicious seated dinner, where conversations flowed as freely as the courses being served. 🥂✨ It was also fantastic to see everyone’s artistic side shine through as flower pots were painted and bracelets were made at our crafting stations! 🎨 The highlight of the night? Our talented FINNsemble’s performance, that brought everyone into the groove! 🎶 To round off the evening, our FINN team showed off their best moves on the dance floor to great music. 💃 It was yet another evening reminding us all of the importance of team spirit and winning together!
