Job Description

Our 18-month Traineeship Program in Operations Technology is designed to equip you with the comprehensive skills and knowledge needed to excel in process engineering. Following successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to transfer to the USA, to establish and operate a state-of-the-art process engineering lab.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with a focus on an engineering discipline
• Preferably, you have completed your Master's Thesis involving practical lab work
• Experience in data logging, evaluation, and interpretation is advantageous
• Self motivated and active personality with a flair for lab work and engineering
• Naturally curious and eager to learn new concepts and techniques
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus
