Optimus Search are delighted to announce that Sailajan Shritharan has been promoted to Director of Perm, as of 1st July.   Sai joined the business in October 2017 and hit the ground running, breaking the company record for the number of placements for anyone in their first 12 months.   This early success was fuelled by commitment, consistency and a relentless work ethic that he has carried through his entire 7-year career here so far, and has shaped the people that have come through under his leadership of the Perm Engineering team, which he took over in 2020.   His teams have been defined by high standards and commitment to providing and top tier client service, and the outcome has been more record-breaking results and internally award-winning, most recently Optimus Team of the Year in 2023.   We are deeply proud to have yet another person join our Senior Management Team who has developed organically at Optimus from trainee level. Our people have always been what sets us apart and we’re delighted to see the upward trajectory of people’s careers here.   Congratulations to Sai, we can’t wait to see where you take our Perm Division next!
