Nous sommes fiers de vous annoncer que, pour la deuxième année consécutive, nous avons obtenu la médaille d’or EcoVadis pour 2024 grâce à notre travail mené sur notre politique RSE, leadé par Sophie NHUT. Dans le cadre de l’obtention de cette belle évaluation, qui reflète la qualité du système de gestion RSE de PHARMAPLAN (TTP Group), nous avons renouvelé notre volonté d’actions de transformations pour les années à venir, notamment le déploiement de notre Safety Excellence Program lancé dès 2024. Nos collaborateurs sont également à l’honneur avec des indicateurs positifs (accès à la formation, égalité F/H, conditions de travail…) ainsi que le développement d’interactions avec les ingénieurs de demain. Notre exigence se retrouve bien évidemment envers toutes nos parties prenantes pour améliorer en permanence la satisfaction de nos clients et construire des partenariats solides avec nos co-traitants et sous-traitants dans le cadre de nos projets. Au travers de cette démarche RSE, PHARMAPLAN (TTP Group) France & Belgique renouvelle donc son engagement en tant qu’acteur économique et humain responsable notamment au travers : ✔️des initiatives prises pour contribuer aux enjeux de développement durable, de l’évaluation systématique de solutions orientées Green Design sur nos projets, afin d’en optimiser l’empreinte carbone et le coût énergétique, ✔️de nos résultats sur le plan social, sociétal et environnemental, ✔️de notre volonté de poursuivre nos engagements sur les années à venir en France et en Belgique, avec l’ambition de maintenir notre évaluation EcoVadis. #RSE #pharma

Vergangenen Donnerstag wurde unser Projekt #SOLIDA1 (Produktionsanlage für Arzneimittel; Greenfield; Capex: 275m€; Leverkusen) mit dem Best Capex Project Award 2024 ausgezeichnet! 🎉 Wir sind überaus stolz und dankbar, diesen Preis entgegenzunehmen. Dieser Erfolg ist das Ergebnis des unermüdlichen Einsatzes jedes Einzelnen und der vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit im Team. In den letzten 5 Jahren haben wir mit unseren Kernpartnern #Pharmaplan(ttp group), #Mainka, #Porr Industriebau, #Siemens SI+DI, #Glatt und über 230 Nachunternehmern jede Herausforderung erfolgreich gemeistert. Der Teamspirit, der Mut, neue Wege zu gehen, und die kollaborative Zusammenarbeit waren unsere größten Erfolgsfaktoren. Nach dem Motto „Best for Project“ haben wir gemeinsam in integrierten Teams Innovationen vorangetrieben und das kollaborative Projektabwicklungsmodell „Lean-#IPD“ (deutsch #IPA) erfolgreich umgesetzt. #SOLIDA1 hat die Transformationsprozesse bei Bayer hin zu einer noch effizienteren und zielorientierteren Arbeitsweise erheblich beschleunigt. While we primarily support public transport measures, sometimes our construction sites are very remote. A big thank you to Bayer for participating in our virtual guided tour of the SOL1 production facility at the #ACHEMA2024 last week. Together, we explored the innovative features of their new tablet factory, designed to set new standards in efficiency and performance. This #VirtualTour, developed in collaboration with Bayer, allowed us to train future employees in advance, using VR or First Person View technology. It ensured a smooth transfer of knowledge and preparation for operations. We appreciate Bayer's partnership and look forward to continuing our #Collaboration.
