The Senior Product Manager is pivotal in guiding our solutions from concept to market acceptance. This role involves managing the product lifecycle, translating customer insights into strategic actions, and driving the development of our autonomous robots. What you’ll be doing

• Foster a company culture focused on customer success, ensuring all team members prioritize customer satisfaction and value creation
• Develop and execute the product strategy to align with company goals and market demands.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, and leverage our technology to provide effective solutions for these challenges
• Bring cross-functional hardware and software teams together to propel product development from concept through to market launch
• Work closely with executive leadership to ensure product strategies are aligned with the overall company vision and goals
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback and market requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product positioning and go-to-market strategies
• Manage the entire product life cycle, including product roadmaps, release plans, and ongoing enhancements
• Build, lead and mentor an exceptional team of product managers
• Provide expert guidance to product managers and executives for strategic decision-making
• Create and maintain documentation, guidelines, and best practices to streamline knowledge sharing
  
  
  

What you must have

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Engineering, Robotics, or Machine Learning
• Proven experience of 3+ years in a senior-level product management role within the technology industry, demonstrating a track record of successful product launches and market achievements
• Deep understanding of robotics technology and its applications, with the ability to translate technical concepts for a non-technical audience
• Track record of successfully bringing technology products to market and achieving mainstream adoption
• Adapts well in a fast-paced startup environment, tailoring product management strategies to effectively engage companies ranging from 10 to 1,000 employees
• Ability to develop a strategy tailored for a company in its initial product development phase and skilled in transitioning from early adopters to the mainstream market

• PhD in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning or a related discipline, or an equivalent level of research experience. An MBA is also welcome
