As the Internal Procurement Systems Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, optimizing tools, and ensuring seamless integration within our procurement function.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of digital procurement tools.
• Collaborate with IT teams to evaluate software solutions and ensure smooth integration.
• Train staff on system usage and best practices.
• Optimize processes and drive efficiency through technology.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of indirect procurement, P2P/Marketplace processes.
• Proven experience in procurement systems implementation.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Salary Range: The base salary for this position ranges from CHF 130,000 to CHF 150,000 gross per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
