🔧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐚𝐧𝐨-𝐒𝐨𝐝𝐨 𝟏𝟑𝟐𝐤𝐕 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 🔧 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐠 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬   On 07/06/2024, Brugg Cables completed the engineering, supply and execution of the Calenzano-Sodo project. The project consisted an in-out connection between the new CP Università and two existing cable lines and was implemented and completed in two execution phases.   During the engineering phase, Brugg Cables mainly finalized the new electrical connections of the screens and the necessary special parts of joints to connect our cable XLPE 1x1600Al with the existing cables.   The installation of transition joints between different cables was obviously executed during a dedicated window of out of services of the existing lines. The work mainly consisted in the construction work, the installation of new, specially designed Brugg Cables joints, the erection of scaffolding and the installation of new explosion-proof Brugg Cables outdoor terminations.   Thanks to such activities realized with a strong synergy between Brugg Cables and Terna SpA it is possible to increase the energy network and improve the reliability, safety, and efficiency of the energy transmission services in the south-eastern area of Sesto Fiorentino, a densely populated area where the Scientific Center is also located.   #bruggcables #Terna #wellconnected #projects #bruggcablesitaly

Brugg Cables in the Middle East acting to Emergency Repair at power plant in Dubai    Brugg Cables was invited by the consortium #HitachiZosen INOVA/B6 and the facility owner #WWMC, to provide a reliable solution to restore the storm damaged 132kV cable circuit in the shortest possible time, in order to connect the plant back to the Dubai Municipality and Dubai Electricity & Water Authority - DEWA electricity grid.
