I tried to make pants by useing blender. but I cannot find this method of topology of modeling. I download this fbx file from sketchfab and it used Zepeto studio. how can pants and belt be made by equable topology? this modeling used with nomal map and nodes and weight painting etc. I think this topology is good topology for detailed model. but I can't find the way. Would you Describe the method to me? And did this pants modeling used modifier? and what's that? Thank you.

    $\begingroup$ It's not clear to me what you want to know. Is the question how to model such pants in general or do you want to use the existing pants and only change the topology? (because of the import the model is triangulated. You can use the Tris to Quads (F3) operation in Blender to revert this) $\endgroup$

Something like this youtube.com/watch?v=N3DaG6sETok Tho it could have also been made in a dedicated program and not blender Look up Cloth simulation on youtube with the piece of cloth you want to make. The approach may vary depending on what it is $\endgroup$
