I want to rig this model below in mixamo and then animate it using mixamo, i as you can see below image I have 2 parts in the model hair and body. when I export it in fbx format it wont load in mixamo, it gives some error like "sorry unable to map your existing skeleton". So, I try in obj format and gets uploaded on mixamo, now I give chin, elbows and knees point to model as mixamo asks but it wont load my model properly.
So is it that I should change some origin, scales of this model or what I can do?
I have also tried merging both my objects and setting their scale and origin but still the same results.
