I want to create a box, export it using Blend4Web to html and post it on the site. And so that the site visitor chooses the width, height and depth of the box. I need these parameters to be changeable. Is this possible in a blender?

To make objects configurable you need to write custom JavaScript code using B4W API. But I don't recommend using Blend4Web at all, since it was deprecated long ago. For a modern and much simpler approach, use Blend4Web's successor called Verge3D.
