The frustrating part about this, aside from having almost zero experience with 3D modelling myself, is the lack of documentation for creating or converting GTA V models (called drawables or fragments). A plugin was created to import to Blender and export back into the GTA V ydr format...but once more it's trial and error and expertise isn't offered or shared in the modding community. | |

If the animations are what is making it more apparent then my guess is that you'd have to refine the weight paints for the armature and the 2 new pieces. Maybe take a look at what the original head looks like and try to match it as close as possible | |
