I've just installed Blender this week to try and fix a gap between a character's neck and her body. The gap is the result of taking the head from one GTA V character (NPC/Ped) and placing it on another. I've tried closing the gap completely but that causes animation issues as these models have facial animations including at idle. Just to clarify, the head swap itself was not done in Blender, it was done by extracting models using the OpenIV software (exporting in openformats). The swap went smoothly from a technical perspective but unfortunately the gap and the neck is an eyesore. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Gap is much less apparent in Blender, and in game will show up as the model animates through idle or other movement.
