I can connect simple Bluetooth speakers to Kali v6.8.11 running on a mid2012 MacBook Pro with core i5. I also want to connect the Logitech MX Keys S to it. I am sure the problem is the keyboard wants a 6 digit pairing key. I never see a pairing key as well as never see where to input a pairing key.

When the Kali MacBook sends command to pair with the keyboard which is in pairing mode, using either the keyboard MAC address in bluetoothctl terminal tool or the Bluetooth GUI tool, the Kali macbook begins displaying an infinite loop of small windows saying "MX Keys S connected", then immediately after "MX Keys S disconnected."

Not understanding what this does, I edited /etc/bluetooth/main.conf and added the line:
EnableLE = true.
With no effect, I deleted the line.

This keyboard is already connected to macOS Sonoma and Win11 pro. I want to add Kali Linux as the third device. A long time ago, it was very difficult but I did get this keyboard connected to Kali. I cannot remember what I did.
