Ataboy Launches Boston Studio

Led by EPs Ned Biddle and Nick Sterling, the expansion aims to increase use of regional talent while tapping company’s NYC hub.

Design-led content creation studio Ataboy is expanding to Boston, Massachusetts with executive producers Ned Biddle and Nick Sterling leading the venture. The studio aims to contribute to the region’s talent pool, while collaborating locally and tapping into its NYC talent hub.

The company’s Brooklyn-based studio specializes in design, animation, visual effects, edit and color, and focuses on tabletop production.

Biddle and Sterling shared, “Boston has always been known for its close-knit community of creatives characterized by great regional brands and a communal working ethos.”

“This move to Boston makes so much sense on multiple levels,” added Ataboy founder and executive creative director Vikkal Parikh. “There has always been a creative synergy between Boston and NYC, and it feels like a natural fit for us. We’ve already collaborated on several successful campaigns with director Corydon Wagner, so this expansion is truly the continuation of an excellent and prosperous relationship.”

The studio’s previous work includes campaigns for Adidas, Coke, White Castle, Progressive, IKEA, and GE. The newly announced Boston expansion follows the studio’s recent success and debut of the A Portrait of An Athlete series starring Olympic athlete Natoya Goule and NYC-based celebrity graffiti artist Sen2.
