My technician was Tyler J., and since he sprayed, I haven't seen any bugs. I was having an issue with silverfish, and so far nothing. Will definitely keep using them.

He also looked the attic at my request (very small space...and he was pretty tall) with no complaints from him regarding the hassle. He also cleared all of my spider webs from my patio. All in all, a great experience!

We moved into our house about a month ago and they came out and did an initial treatment. My technician was Adam and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the treatment and did a very thorough job both inside and outside our home.

Adam let me know what to expect post-treatment and emphasized that if we had any issues at all we could call and they would come back out and treat even if the need came before our next scheduled visit. I appreciated the excellent customer service received and recommend this pest service provider!

This place is great! I love Lucio!!! I am very OCD and I love the fact that he came with a pair of booties to cover his shoes when he came in to inspect my house. He is very nice and answers all your questions. Great customer service and all the bugs I see are dead around our house!

From the first call to the initial visit, everything was awesome! The whole company's staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. I wasn't pressured into any services and every question I asked was politely answered in detail.

I have an incredibly low tolerance for creepy bugs (mostly roaches) and we get some big ones in the house during the spring and summer months... our tech was so incredibly thorough and really listened to our concerns and walked us through what he planned on doing and how the bugs would react to the treatment. It was very reassuring!

I'm so happy that we found this company! I'm looking forward to being comfortable in my own house again and not having to stare at the floor to make sure a creepy crawly isn't lurking around somewhere.

I have used Inseckteck since moving to Phoenix 3-1/2 years ago. I live near the mountain preserve so there was a scorpion problem since the day we moved in. Happy to say that now, if we ever see a scorpion, it's a dead one. The service has been very effective. The technicians are always courteous and prompt. They are very knowledgable and ready to answer any questions we have. They work around my schedule.

I was looking for a new pest control company with great customer service. After seeing all the 5 star reviews on Yelp, I contacted Insectek. Unlike the previous pest company I used, I spoke with a "live" person and not a recording nor was I put on hold for a long time. With the previous company, we had a bi-monthly pest prevention maintenance program and I wanted to continue this. Over the phone, Insectek explained their program thoroughly and the estimated cost. 2 days before the appointment, I received an email and text to confirm. Technician arrived on time and explained the bi-monthly program to us. He was very thorough in spraying the entire house. Once the job was completed and the bill was paid, I received the detailed invoice via email immediately. I would definitely recommend this company.

I just moved back from NC and need are house treated called them on 7/11/2016 and they got me a appointment for today 7/12/2016. Samuel was my tech today and he was great! He came in and explained what he was going to do and how and what they are treating for. He answered all my question. thanks you
