This company is amazing. I would give more than five stars if I could.
I had a bee problem in front of my house called and spoke with Wes, the owner. He sent somebody out the very next day and sprayed the bees. I realized the next morning. The bees, were coming through the front window inside my house . I called again and spoke to Wes , he said he would try to contact one of his workers as they were all working on the east side. Apparently he couldn't get anybody to come so he himself, the owner, came within 10 minutes and took care of the problem I would highly highly recommend them, the pricing was more than fair. Thank you, Wes!

WEST COAST PEST CONTROL WAS DIFFERENT IN THE BEST POSSIBLE WAYS. Wes, the owner, returned my call and email on a Sunday. He LISTENED to what we needed, did not try and sell us an annual package -or anything more than we wanted, was RESPONSIVE, was able to schedule us quickly, and was priced fairly.

Thank you very much for the great review!May 23, 2018Previous reviewThese guys were so awesome!! My new puppy brought in a dead rat and a dead bird within a 24 hour period. I was totally freaked out and sent out for quotes/appointments for pest control immediately. I received quotes from 5 different companies. West Coast Pest Control had incredible competitive rates. Best yet, they were willing to come the next day. Most of the other services I spoke to could not schedule me until the next week.
Not only did they have competitive rates and quick scheduling but there customer service was outstanding! The owner Wes came out to my house and really took time to talk to me and find out what the issues were around my house. He took the time to look and investigate areas that I thought might be problems and even personally moved some bamboo items I was storing in my yard as they could attract nests.
I had to set a rat box in my yard that can be continues or for 1 time use and he even offered to come back and check the box for me 1 time for free to see what type of service I needed.
I have definitely found my new pest control service and highly recommend them. He was polite, kind and professional. As an added bonus, without even asking, he wore shoe protectors around my house on my carpets!

Mario D.Greenville, SC3192Jun 26, 2024We have been battling crickets in our house for the last two years. I have had other exterminators and even bought a Home Defense to do it myself. When I asked the exterminators why they keep coming back, all I heard was chirp, chirp. Aaron showed me where the critters were coming in (behind the kitchen and bathroom cabinets), sprayed inside and out and snaked the nozzle behind the cabinets to spray. Just one application and the crickets have croaked. Now I have Aaron spray every other month including the yard, to keep the critters silent!!

Easy to schedule, good communication,Technician Frank was on time, called ahead before arrival. He was very nice and did a thourgh job. Awesome service!
My issue is mainly scorpions. I moved from CA where scorpions were not a problem. My home now is a few miles east of the State Farm stadium. I can't believe how many scorpions I get even with spraying. I guess this is typical here even with the treatments? Wish they could determine the entry point.
West Coast Pest Control by far has been the best with keeping them at a minimum.(One or two between treatments) I have used two other main name companies before and was calling them back after a few days for re-treatment. Called West Coast and Jason came and did a terrific job spraying our whole yard, front and back. I found them to be very professional and West Coast was reasonable, on time, and I would call them again.
