Found this place on yelp, I was looking for an experienced engraver to do a pricey men's wallet. Wade was very helpful in explaining what he was going to do and assuring me that it was going to turnout perfect. I brought in a textured leather wallet and wanted to get my bfs initials in the corner. He did a wonderful job and I loved it! He added gold foil to the letters because he noticed it wouldn't have been visible without the gold foil.

Just a little tip, this is located inside the jewelry store so don't be discouraged if you don't find it at first.

And said this is better than any engagement ring. This watch is useful. I LOVE HER!!! Her initials SLO and mine Dwn.....BEST VALENTINES EVER! Isabelle who greeted me and took down my request. Suggested that I opt in for the rush. Which meant I would get it in an hour vs 48 hours in time for Valentines was worth the memory and permanent smile on my wife's face after seeing the watch. Isabelle was very personable and bubbly. And Wade did a fantastic job on the engraving! It exceeded my expectations! Thanks for the great experience and I'll be back to get my daughter's watch done!

I first used Heirloom Engravers during the pandemic to get some mugs engraved as a gift for the team I support. Wade (the owner and operator) is so easy to work with and so kind. He offers helpful suggestions and is very responsive. I liked working with him so much that I came back again a few years later to get some special flasks engraved for my bridesmaids. They did a beautiful job and I will 100% be using them again.

I needed 10 watches engraved as gifts for my groomsmen for my wedding. Working with Wade was a breeze! He was very responsive and helpful when communicating my options for engraving.

They offered me a discount price since I was getting a bulk amount of engravings done. He easily provided the best value of all of the competitors that I shopped around at.

The quality of the engraving itself was fantastic, and Wade had them done super fast which was perfect for my timeline.

Wow!!!!! Worst customer experience of my life!! When my order was delayed, I received a voicemail about an emergency funeral. Actually, my property had been damaged. I found that out by calling them!! Then I had to call again to find out if the work had been completed!! Wade, the owner, acted as if I was a bother rather than a paying customer!!! Rude and dismissive best describe his attitude!! Shreve and Co. should be ashamed to send customers to this rotten businessman!

I used Heirloom Engravers for a custom message inside my husband's wedding ring that I purchased at Costco. Most jewelers will not provide this service unless you purchased the jewelry from them. Heirloom Engravers are one of the few businesses that will! My husband loved the message inside the ring when he finally saw it at the ceremony and so did everyone who has seen it so far. Wade and his team did an amazing job, the ring was ready quickly and the quality of work was amazing. I would highly recommend this service to anyone!

I suppose that there must be an engraver more competent and committed to their work, but Wade perhaps is singular in these two aspects.

Specialty engraving is becoming a lost art; but, San Francisco is still fortunate to have a master engraver, Wade of Heirloom Engraving! He is a true artist but also the consummate gentleman.
I recently needed a sterling silver Tiffany baby rattle engraved and Wade did an amazing job!
He has a master's eye and takes pride in his work.
With such a specialty skill set, you would assume his fees would be exorbitant, but it's just the opposite. For my recent project, I increased the scope of work after the original consultation, but he stuck to the original price. I offered to pay more, but he politely declined saying it was a straight-forward project.
Wade is a delight to work with and I am looking forward to collaborating with him on my next project.

Wade did an excellent job engraving custom vaporizers for my wedding party. He's very responsive and easy to work with. Overall quality is great. Prices are fair. Definitely would recommend.

Wade is a true artist, a highly skilled engraver and a very kind human being. He engraved the back of a gold cross that I gave my son for his 21st birthday. Wade was able to fit the mapping coordinates of my son's first breath, along with his initials and an "I love you".

Not only did the cross look increíble, Wade had it ready super quick and the price was very reasonable.
