Brought my ring in to get re-sized and Haley was amazing!! She was so kind and took great care of my engagement ring! The re-sizing was perfect! Highly recommend!! You'll be in great care.

My husband and I recently had my engagement ring reset at DaVinci Jewelry Design in
The Jewlery Mart on Brannan Street in San Francisco.

The owners, Andy and Haley are very welcoming and made choosing a new setting a fun experience. They are friendly and professional. Hailey listened to what we wanted and helped us choose a beautiful setting. Andy's designs are beautiful and his work is impeccable! We highly recommend DaVinci Jewelry Design!

This is a review, Longggg time coming. I CAN Not speak more Highly of Haley and Andy. They are Superb!!!!
I walked into the Jewelry Mart approx almost a year ago now, with a repair of resizing a ring yet also being noisy. Being an African American Woman shopping can be a FEAT! I walked by their store and Haley smiled at me from outside!!! I was immediately appreciative as I was wanting to look around to see what other stores there were around. Well, I didn't make it. I wanted to get my engagement ring fitted yet also see what my options were as I wasn't crazy about the setting. I ended up getting it resized yet switch the stones out. I put my Moissiante in another ring, I bought there, bought another band to match the new ring and then put my Husband's birthstone a Peridot in the 1st ring! Whew!
This is my 1st ring. They are already helping me build the trifecta! Will post pictures when that is complete in the next couple of months!!!

I had a variety of size and aged family diamonds passed down by my mother. She had put most of them in a 1970's cocktail ring that was not my style at all. Seemed a shame it was just sitting in a drawer. So from a referral of my daughter's friend, she took it to DaVinci to have it reset in a more modern design, so it could be worn by me now, then something my daughter would want to wear in the future.
My daughter spent an hour with Hayley initially discussing what we wanted, then she spent another hour with the designer Andy. We had a couple of photos from magazines of the type of ring we wanted, so I'm sure that helps ,if you go in for similar service. My daughter said right from the start she felt confident they would do a great job and that the diamonds would be safe in their hands. And she was right. It came out just as we'd imagined, and Andy promised to try to have it finished before Christmas, but said he would not rush it through if it impacted the work. But he did have it finished, and she brought it home for Christmas!
I would encourage you, if you have old jewelry you aren't wearing, have it reset so it can be worn and enjoyed. You will be very pleased with DaVinci's work, their honesty, and the care they take to make sure you are completely satisfied. HIGHLY recommend.

I had been shopping for the right engagement ring for my girlfriend for a few months. Diamonds were available but no matter what store I entered from Tiffanys to Shreve, no setting looked right to me. I looked online and came across the diamond center, so I took a walk and as I window shopped through the center, I saw Da Vinci had some clean design rings in their display. I was warmly welcomed and immediately my eye was drawn to a clean solitaire setting in the case. I asked about modifications and diamond sizes and every request was welcomed and received. We had diamonds shipped overnight from New York to look at quality and size and the setting was custom made to my exact requests. The diamond was a higher quality than expected and the ring came out looking breathtaking. I was even given the appraisal for insurance with my ring. My fiancé has not stopped starring at her ring and smiling since I proposed a week ago.

I picked up my ring today, and I am beyond words. Andy is amazing and Haley is sweet, professional and honest! I was in tears at the reveal and sweetly surprised by an upgrade that Andy threw in - my ring was quoted for 14 karat white gold and ended up at 18, thank you, Andy! The appraisal given was astonishing as well. Just look at this ring! If you need anything done for your jewelry or want something new, I highly recommend Da Vinci's!

Andy and Hayley did a phenomenal job on my engagement ring and wedding band! I definitely gave them a hard task, seeing as my stone (paraiba tourmaline) is more brittle than a diamond, the shape (trillian) is more rare, and I wanted an intricate design with cutouts in Platinum which, to my understanding, is harder to work with. I've included a side-by-side of my ring and the design it was based off of- You can see he did an amazing job! I could not be more happy to get to wear this for the rest of my life :)

Andy and Helena are not only great at repairing jewelries, but they are also the most accommodating jewelers I've ever had! After realizing that I was having a hard time picking up the pieces, Helena kindly offered to deliver the pieces to me!!! She took the pieces to my work herself, even waited outside for me because I was at work.

Haley and Andy were FANTASTIC to work with. I had just started exploring engagement ring options for my fiance when I stumbled into Da Vinci Jewelry Design, and Haley and Andy were so welcoming from Day 1. They were so incredibly knowledgeable about diamonds and the different styles, and were very patient answering my many questions. They had a great selection of diamonds and settings for me to choose from, and even do custom settings for those interested. After about a week of emails, texts, phone calls, and private appointments, I was able to find the perfect ring for my Fiance, which she absolutely LOVED. Looking forward to working with both of them again in the future!!
