Cambria Hotel Phoenix Chandler - Fashion Center

We stayed here for a few days because there was a gap in our rental agreement. We chose Cambria Phoenix Chandler due to its good ratings and its proximity to both Chandler and the Fashion Center.

The hotel is clearly newer. The lobby was beautiful, and had an on-site restaurant and a little snack shack. It had a wonderful vanilla scent-- not too overpowering but light and luxurious. The staff was also incredibly friendly, they let us check in 2 hours earlier and check out 2 hours later.

The room was one of the nicest rooms I've stayed at. It had brand new wood flooring, comfortable beds, and even modern features like LED's under the beds and along the mirror. The bathroom was clean but the shower would shut off after 5 minutes which was quite annoying. The view was beautiful and you could see the highway and mountains. The walls were pretty thin like most hotels so we did hear quite a bit of noise.

Room service wasn't great. It came quick but everything tasted quite frozen. It was okay but nothing special. The gym and pool attached to the hotel were great. I am not giving a full 5 stars due to the poor room service food, noise level, and there was a bit of black mold on the vent which was concerning.

Overall, a good experience.

Comfortable, modern, great service. The desk staff is friendly and professional. I have only good things to say about our three day stay. Lots to do in the area as well.

We stay here whenever we're in Chandler. We love the location and the rooms are nice for the price. I like waking up early and doing laps in the pool. The fitness room is decent too.

Unfortunately the sales representative was beyond rude i called to book for 7 rooms 1st the price online was way cheaper than what he gave me then when i told him thats above my budget but thank you he asked if i had called other hotels and i said yes Hilton he said Ah Ah if you wanna book at a motel then go for it but we are a hotel !!! I told him Hilton is a hotel not a motel he said okkkk okkkayyy if you say so!!!!!!!
Even if i called a shelter he can never talk to a customer this way !

I just love this hotel and it's such a great place for the price. The hotel is newer, so things are modern. The set up in the room itself is unique and really nice, as the desk is the backside of the headboard, so if you're doing Zoom calls from your room your background is the wood and frosted glass closet, cabinets, and coffee station rather than other hotels where you oddly have a bed. No need to blur the background anymore! It's always clean and fresh, has a nice little bar and restaurant within, and it's in a really great location that's close to everything. The only drawbacks are the bed is rather hard and the coffee they provide in room is terrible. The bed is doable, but for my personal comfort level it's too hard to sleep on for anything more than a few days. For the coffee, they're right across the street from a Target so you can get your own K-cups, or there's a Starbucks and Dutch Bros nearby.

All in all, great place to stay in Chandler and generally my go to hotel when coming to town. The staff has always been more than friendly too!

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the location. Otherwise I've had nothing but problems. I wasn't even acknowledged for the first 10 minutes upon arriving late on a Wednesday night even though there were 2 people at the front desk. The first room I was given had an adjoining door and I was woken up at 4am by the people next door. There was also missing toiletries, a broken hook and light. I called the front desk and asked to be moved but was told to wait until later. The next morning I spoke with someone who moved me to a new room. Then I was told my room had to be cleaned every 3 days, yet I'm on day 6 and it still hasn't been cleaned. I asked twice at the front desk as I had no clean towels and was told it would be cleaned, then come back after being gone all day to find it not cleaned. Called again and suddenly someone is there to clean and says I have to leave my room to do so. Additionally, one of the elevators has been out for the last 3 days. Highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want any semblance of service.

This is a boutique hotel and it has it's west and tear -
They got great pool area / bar area / good soap & shampoo.
It's very relaxing to stay here but I feel Something is missing !

Stayed here 4 nights while in town. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was nice, great convenient location near some really good dining establishments. The pool could have used a good skimming since there was quite a few bugs floating in it .... but it was still nice to take a quick dip during some afternoon down time. Bed was comfortable and I slept the best I ever had at any hotel ever.

I stopped by at this hotel Halloween night and had no problem getting a room. It was 12 am, so obvious quick service. :)
Easy checkout. This place is very simple and stylish.
