WELCOME TO THE GUILD SCREENINGS!

There will be no summer doldrums at your Writers Guild Theater in August! We’ve got another great assortment of studio releases, family films, indies and foreign films, along with some special Q&A events. Don’t miss big tentpole titles like kid-friendly HAROLD AND THE PURPLE CRAYON, M. Night Shyamalan's latest, TRAP, the bestseller adaptation IT ENDS WITH US, comedic thriller BLINK TWICE, or the latest in the sci-fi horror franchise, ALIEN: ROMULUS. If you’re more independent minded, we’ve got offbeat must-sees like KNEECAP, DIDI, CUCKOO, BETWEEN THE TEMPLES, GOOD ONE and SKINCARE, as well as the global blockbuster from India, KALKI 2898 AD

On Saturday, 8/17 at 5pm, we’ll screen the emotional, character-driven THE SUPREMES AT EARL’S ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT, followed by a discussion with co-writer/director Tina Mabry. Finally, on Sunday, 8/25, we’ll be joined by co-writer/directors Dave Chernin & John Chernin to discuss their raunchy new high school comedy, INCOMING

As always, ALL MOVIES ARE FREE! You can bring TWO GUESTS to all general screenings. You get THREE GUESTS at all Family Matinees. Seating is first come, first served. No RSVP needed. And parking is free – we validate!
