Become a UNAI SDG Hub: Applications Open to All Member Institutions!
Applications are now open for UNAI members interested in becoming an SDG Hub, for a three-year period. Deadline for applications is 30 September. As a Hub, your institution will inform policymaking and practice; educate the next generation of scholars and leaders; and engage in cross-sectoral and cross-disciplinary partnerships for impact. The Hubs will start their tenure in January 2025 during a critical time to achieve the 2030 Agenda and will play a key leadership role in driving progress for the SDGs. The United Nations High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) is the central United Nations platform for the follow-up and review of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the global level. This year's theme is "Reinforcing the 2030 Agenda and eradicating poverty in times of multiple crises: the effective delivery of sustainable, resilient and innovative solutions”, therefore the focus for the SDG of the month of July is on SDG #1 No Poverty, SDG #2 Zero Hunger, SDG #13 Climate Action, SDG #16 Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, and SGD #17, Partnership for the Goals.
