I had never heard of Pawn America so was somewhat skeptical about ordering. I was totally surprised at how quickly I received my DeWalt pruner arrived. It appeared to be new even though the ad said used. It works as it should and I am very happy with the purchase. You were great to deal with and met every expiration of a 5 star experience.

I bought a very very gently used Rodecaster Pro from Pawn America. It came in the original packaging and the only way that I could tell that it was used is because one of the buttons had been reprogrammed. It arrived very quickly and in almost new condition. I am very happy with my purchase even though I was skeptical to buy from Pawn America. I’m glad I gave them a try. I got my item for almost half the price as a new one.

I ordered a set of rings for me and my wife, I was notified that the ring I ordered was already sold. I ordered a replacement ring and it ended up being a better deal. After looking at the whole in reflection Pawn America did a great job notifying and refunding me quickly. They apologized, and made it right and you can't ask for more than that. Definitely will recommend them.

I pulled up your order and I do see we got it shipped out right away, but there does appear to be a delay with the carrier, beyond our control. I was hoping that they will ship it as UPS Ground.
I was mis-lead by wording for "Standard Ground" shipping on order page. $10 is too much for a game to be shipped by crappy USPS.

I am sorry for any misunderstanding of our shipping methods. We as a company use USPS and FedEx. We do not ship with UPS. Our standard ground service is either USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx Ground Economy based on the item box size. We do also offer free shipping on orders over $100 as a way for our guests to save. I do though see your order was delivered the next business day after it was placed. I am glad it arrived so very quickly. As the GPS was still registered to the previous owner, I couldn't register it with Garmin. While this made me unhappy, Pawn America was very accommodating and offered me a full refund. On my request, they went even beyond and tried to have the device deregistered, but without any luck.

When i ordered my Xbox Series X system,a glitch in the payment system online resulted in me being charged twice accidentally. I called Pawn America and explained what happened and they cancelled the false order and got me a refund within 3 days. The person on the phone was very helpful and understanding! Also,my system arrived safely and works just fine!

Found an item I was looking for at a great price. It was described as used but from the pictures & upon arrival I could tell it was brand new never used. Item arrived pretty fast, it was packed safely to avoid damage during transport. Will definitely be shopping here again in the near future.
