The headphones are OK. 2nd place for me after another set.
Experience was OK, as promised.
Unfortunately, the problem is with shipment costs -
I payed 90$ for shipment (VIA UPS), and an extra 30$ for the local UPS company (storage fees, release commission, and supplier-invoice, which made the taxes cost more).
That is a shame, since the shipment with DROP is MUCH cheaper - they only charge 20$ , using DHL, where the local supplier is local-post (International shipment from US VIA DHL, and inside the country, using regular post).
This arrangement has some convenient-problems, since I have to go to a distribution-service, and it takes longer to arrive, but I prefer paying for shipment 83% less, even it take more time, and I have to go to get the package.

Composer 3XP is a great DAC that pairs wonderfully with my Soloist 3XGT. Has the option to swap out op-amps for further customization. Headphones.com staff gave me great purchase advice that's tailored to what I like and my current setup.

Your YouTube Videos were extremely informative. I was looking for the best headphones and the Focal Bathys were the recommended brand. I wanted to know why they recommended and I am a visual person. So the You Tube video, as well as, the open box price sealed the deal. And now that I have been using them, they are the most comfortable and sound the best of all my headphones.

I ordered my headphones on the 12th and I was immediately notified by your chosen shipping company that there was an “exception” on shipping and my headphones would not be arriving until the 22nd. Ten days. UPDATE: Received my headphone on the 22nd in excellent condition. I recognize that Headphones.com is not responsible for the “Shipping Company” delays. Headphones.com did their part efficiently.

I did check the order and see that it was shipped out the day it was received with the Ground shipping that was selected at checkout. It looks like it did have a slight delay with UPS. We unfortunately do not have control over the package once it has been picked up by the courier.

Recently, the help of customer service representative "Sam" was invaluable in helping me obtain service for a previous item as well as facilitating purchase of a new high-end item. He let me know that what I wanted (Ferrum WANDLA GoldenSound Edition) had just come back in stock hours ago...which prompted me to purchase it and a new amp that day.
