Eugene Z. was great, he bought supplies for my electrical repairs if needed, showed up exactly on time, was neatly and cleanly dressed, respectful of myself and property, and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix the issue without any new parts and at the very least expensive cost to me. I would strongly recommend him to anyone for any repair needs.

Outstanding Moving Service - Highly Recommend!

We recently hired two movers through TaskRabbit, and they were absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, their professionalism and efficiency were top-notch. They arrived on time, handled all our belongings with great care, and worked tirelessly to ensure everything was moved quickly and safely.Not only were they incredibly skilled and strong, but their positive attitudes and friendly demeanor made the whole moving process much less stressful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and made sure every detail was taken care of.I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. If you're looking for reliable, hardworking, and friendly movers, look no further. These guys are the best in the business. Highly recommend!

The tasker went above and beyond to…

The tasker went above and beyond to help me disassemble and reassemble my bed frame. I also had a dresser that was very heavy that he helped transport down several flights of narrow stairs. Would recommend again!

Such a nice guy to have come to my home…

Such a nice guy to have come to my home with lots of respect and very prepared I will be using him for any and all further handyman work I need going forward super awesome guy hire him!
He was 100% all the way thru the project and it came out perfect thanks Julio!

Check the location prior to accepting

I didn’t like the fact that my initial selected tasker cancelled last minute saying he was too far away and traffic was too horrible. He should’ve accepted the job from the beginning. I believed him when he said I’m running behind.

CJ made my moving experience so easy.

CJ was great, he replied back so quickly to my texts. Great communication every step of the way. He was early and handled our equipment with care. He even took an extra step and wrapped the equipment. I would definitely book his for future moving needs.

Excellent job!

Richard did an excellent job hanging my floating shelves as well as other wall hangings. Very professional and meticulous. He was able to help me decide where to put certain things and communicated clearly to me everything he would be doing. Would recommend him and use him again in the future. Thank you!

I recently purchased an IKEA walk-in…

I recently purchased an IKEA walk-in closet PAX units. The person who assembled it was knowledgeable, professional and precise. I’m very pleased with the outcome. I would most definitely use TaskRabbit services in the future! Thank you for a smooth assembly.

Very bad experience.don’t go for it

Very very bad experience.
I do not recommend anyone to go with Taskrabbit.
Many other better apps-Tumptack is one of the best
I choose two tasker from Taskrabbit as IKEA refers me to go with them to assemble IKEA products ,
both taskers are NOT good, one has not completed the task and charged full amount .
Second tasker completed the pending work which 1st taker left and over charged.
Task Rabbit is not validating the tasker skills and quality and Taskrabbit are not taking the responsibilities.
Will loose money simply if you choose Task rabbit services .
Contacted customer service and they said politely they cannot do anything and we need to pay the money.

For a $200 unit from IKEA , now I need to pay around $215 for assembly.

Edson was great

Edson was great. He made extra shelves for my utility room. They came out beautifully. Exceeded my expectations. He was on time and showed up when he said he would. Answered my questions and helped me figure things out. Will definitely ask for him again.

3 of the taskers were fantastic

3 of the taskers were fantastic - on time and a total pleasure to work with. 1 tasker I did not work with because he cancelled at the last minute after admitting he had been out partying the night before. I had even specifically asked him twice to confirm so that we could find someone else, but he said he would take the task, then he cancelled at the last minute. This forced us to pay so much more for a different tasker who was unable to stay on for the full time requested, but we were so desperate for the help. The taskers' ability to fully close the chat is a bit frustrating.

Easy to use and convenient

Easy to use and convenient app to find help with a variety of household tasks, jobs, etc. Can filter by specific date, which is nice, or by a general window of time. Like the choice of people and ability to scroll through profiles. Can get very specific on the type of job you need done. and booking is easy to do, and payment is easy (automatic) through the app. So far, so good ... we had a good experience, and we will use it again.

Overcharged and didn’t follow instructions

I was told in a text from my tasker that the total charge to remove an old small fridge and install a new one would cost $200. I even sent him explicit instructions about what I wanted done, but instead of leaving the fridge out back for my trash pickup people he put it in his car. The clinic called me about this and I authorized them to let him take it thinking he wanted to keep it for his personal use. Athe end of it I was charged $110 for something about reimbursable expenses, making my total charge just under $250. Considering he showed up in an SUV (probably his own) I really don’t understand what reimbursable expenses I could be charged for. I texted the tasker about this and he wouldn’t respond to me

Great experience

had a complicated move out of a storage unit with a few different drop-off stops and Yoan was punctual, helpful and had a huge van as advertised. Would highly recommend it.

Tasker assembled an UpLift desk perfectly!

I was looking for a tasker to move heavy boxes containing my new UpLift desk from garage to office and then to assemble the desk. The 2nd person I contacted, Mohamed Y, was able to schedule an appointment two days later, on a Saturday, which was perfect for my schedule. He was prompt in responding to my booking, communicated well (he was late on Saturday morning but kept in good touch regarding the issue), was able to heft the heavy boxes easily. Plus - it turned out he had lots of experience assembling these desks, which have lots of electronic components and pretty exacting instructions for what needs to be done and in what order. Even for add-ons which he hadn't seen before, he was able to decipher instructions and accurately put everything together. He cleaned up the area, helped me move recyclable and trash items out to the garage, plus carry on a good conversation throughout the time period. I was really impressed by his skills and by him as a person. I'd definitely hire him again.

charged $250 for services not completed, Customer service keeps giving me the roundabout

Customer service has taken a week and still hasn’t gotten back to me about my tasker not doing the service provided and charging me 4 hours at almost $60 an hour for $230 total. I’ve chatted, called, emailed task rabbit and I keep getting the roundabout even though I have ample videos and pictures to support my claim. I’m still waiting on a resolution even thought Taskrabbit just responded to this review. This is absolutely ridiculous.
