I buy shoes from stockX pretty consistently and I have never had any issues with ordering or receiving anything purchased through them.My items are always authentic which is really important for me and I haven’t been burned yet.

Excellent and quick service

Had an issue with a prior order not shipping to StockX from the seller. They refunded my money no questions asked and offered me an unexpected discount for my next purchase. This next purchase was fast and hassle free. I will definitely continue using StockX

Super cute Spongebob Crocs sandals

Sorry I’m late with my review. These are such cute shoes & very comfy. I receive so many compliments when I wear them, which is surprising being that they’re Crocs lol

Quick delivery and exactly what I expected!

My product came quickly, and with verification. It was exactly as I had expected, and I was also given the option to resell the item on the site, vs paying for shipping to return the item if it wasn't what I expected. I appreciated having that choice.

Order took about 10 days or so

Order took about 10 days or so. Shoes were as advertised and genuine. Lots of fees for shipping and checking. One shoe was laced incorrectly. Box was lightly dented likely from fed x shipping.

Regarding the box condition, please keep in mind that boxes can often encounter minor wear and tear from the manufacturer, shipping, and storage. This may include a small corner dent, minor tears, and wrinkles on the box lid. These issues are often uncontrollable and as such, we may be willing to still accept and verify the item.

Erratic messages and app.

You have always on point and dependible, but this time it took lng and I received many messages that gave me opposing information, like the shoes had shipped, then a week later it they not. Then it was on the way, but the delivery company never had them. Then even though the delivery company never had them, they arrived. The back and forth was confusing and made lose trust in stock x, especially since Im also having issues with the app. It wont load since I ordered the shoes around July 11. I will think about it a lot before I ever order from stock x again.

Great prices and experience

Great prices, package came as expected (in this case new, no box damage etc) and everything worked great! Love my new lego set! I checked prices of other sets and there are some nice deals! Very satisfied.

put a black envelope inside the…

Putting a black envelope inside the box of white shoes is ridiculous. All of the black ink from your stupid unnecessary advertising envelopes rubbed off on my $400 shoes. Use some common sense!!!!

Very poor puchase and return policyd

Very poor puchase and return policy. Got a fake shoes box and they say its been verified by their team. When requested to return on very next day of shoes recieved then they made an issue of tag being cut. Like if you doubt shoes replacement then have your team verify it again? Never ordering again. First n last.

StockX has no consideration for the buyer at all!
I’ll be sure to let all the people who ask about my experience with StockX know to stay away and use GOAT instead…
