The best choice in terms of quality and price!
I bought S98 and I am happy about it. Now I want to buy another one, maybe N80 to try keyboard with low profile keys. Royal kludge keyboards include everything that is necessary, and even more. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

The keyboard it self is incredible.
I have bought the RK84 Macchiato White. Very nice feel and quality. Unfortunately the wireless reciever was not to be found. But a quick email and very fast response from the customer support, and I had everything I needed. Really excellent customer service and awesome keyboard. Would defenetly recommend!

I bought my first 60% RK Royal Keyboard some days ago, I obtained the item 2 days later... Which is insane! The delivery was very fast, and the keyboard... damn... the keyboard is one of the best ones I've ever had, The feeling is amazing I recommend this product with my whole heart.
The only down side is, The wireless USB connection is not perfect. The keyboard will just cut out now and then, BUT despite that you can fix this issue by switching the keyboard into Bluetooth mode and get an super smooth experience.

The screen is a nice touch, and I like how the Tactile switches feel

10/10 I couldn't recommend this company more. I purchased an s98 full keyboard off of Amazon and realized that there was a minor issue with it. I reached out to customer service as I LOVED they keyboard but expected it to be fully functioning. I didn't want to go through the hassle of exchanging or returning quite yet incase the issue was user error. Customer service was extremely helpful and responded quickly to help me troubleshoot. They promptly shipped me out a brand new keyboard when we couldn't get the feature on the original to work properly. ZERO hassle and Ivy, the customer service rep I emailed with was so friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks again RK--Love my keyboard! :)

After a mistake on my end was resolved promptly with no fuss - I got my RK96 with RK - Yellow Switches.
Keyboard feels great to use and is super sturdy, with easy and versatile supporting software.
All in - a positive experience, would recommend.

I ordered an RK61 that ended up having a defect F1 key. Customer support helped me troubleshoot to see if it could be fixed. In the end, that was not possible so I was sent a new one.
All in all, a super pleasant experience!

Bought a keyboard mistakenly and mixed it up for another. I've tried to reach out to support and they didn't respond. A couple days later the keyboard arrives and they have just gotten to me. They tell me they can do a full refund and I don't have to send it back.

I had bought a rk folding keyboard off Amazon. The windows key was super sensitive and All I had to do is bump the keyboard and it would pop up the start menu. Contacted the manufactured they sent me a new one and fast. I will be buying all my keyboards from them very impressed by their willingness to stand behind their product.

Happy to report that Royal Kludge fully stands behind their products. My recent purchase unfortunately had a defect which resulted in a technical issue. Their knowledgeable customer support department was very prompt and punctual technical troubleshooting. They were incredibly helpful and patient in the process even though it involved back and forth. Ultimately it was deduced that my unit was defective and a free replacement was sent to me.

Customer service experience is top-notch first and foremost! I was having an issue with loose keycaps. Ivy from customer service was quick to solve the issue with a new replacement keyboard. What I really like about the RK ROYAL KLUDGE S98 is its versatile connectivity. With the Smart Display & Knob, I am able to switch between my work laptop via 2.4 connection and MacBook air via bluetooth easily. I also connected my iPhone 13 so that I can also type using they keyboard to respond to messages. Switching between devices can also be done with the combination of Function key and QWE keys or bluetooth 1,2, 3. With my previous Royal Kludge keyboard, I had to toggle a switch underneath the keyboard from work laptop and MacBook Air. The convenience is so appreciated!
