I left my old host provider because of their terrible service. Siteground, on the other hand, has excellent customer service. That was the deciding factor in moving my two domains to them.

I can't thank Pavel S. enough for his sterling support. As a layman I have very little technical knowledge about how to put a website with WordPress together and I was having a problem with a contact form not sending a notification to my inbox for testing. Pavel checked everything and said the configurations were correct and that why the contact form on the website was not delivering was unusual. He opened a trouble ticket on my behalf and wished me success with my site project. The technical was patient, understanding, and kind. These are character traits not often found in today's hurry-hurry world. Many thanks.

Sometimes you come across a hurdle or issue you do not have access or competency yourself to solve, especially if you are using SAS Providers such as Siteground. I simply LOVE the efficency, profficency, quick response time and competency I regularly had the possibility to encounter when working with the siteground service team. Kudos guy, keep it up like this!

I have been a customer with Siteground for over 5 years now and I have to say that I am absolutely satisfied. I have never experienced any downtime, the pricing is great for the quality you get and the customer service is just fantastic. Friendly, skilled and very quick with a response.
I once was considering moving to another hoster, I had a chat with a customer rep which convinced me to stay and did me a good offer aswell.
All in all I am very satisfied with Siteground, there is no-nonsense, no stuff that you don't need. Just great hosting with all the tools and support that you need.

Amazing and patient. We tried all angles to solve it but unfortunately could not resolve it. But the issue was escalated to the technician to continue to solve. Nevertheless the support was top notch!

Fast, well-funded reply. They use an AI chatbot at the beginning, but the bot reacts when you ask for a human (and the bot was not wrong).
