My issue occurred at 2am and I was immediately met with support where Stanley S. Made great strides with me for hours to help solve the lag problem in the server! An actual hero helping me clear out the problem allowing for better access of the server and frustrating headaches to leave! Stanley needs a raise and Bisect hosting deserves more credit than they get!

Company Support is extremely, EXTREMELY helpful.
With hosting MC Servers, errors are bound to arise especially when playing with a plethora of mods and modpacks, which BisectHosting provides free of charge for install and setup, the Support Team at BisectHosting is a incredible group of people, and my issues have been resolved time and time again if need be.
Would highly recommend the service, very very affordable.

The staff member who helped me was very quick to respond and very professional in their responses (unlike me saying I love you). They were quick to solve the issue I had and made sure any questions I had were answered. Perfect customer service (though a little sad when I didn’t get an I love you back). "Dallas" servers down, no refund for loss server time, only had up 2 weeks before down for over 2 weeks. No way to switch the server I bought to a different region I have to buy a new one. Kinda ridiculous.
Edit: Resolved. If support tickets were easier then reviews I'd do them more.

Painfree setup and an easy to use interface. My brother, the kids and I were up and running within 30 minutes and most of that time was debating which mods to use. The server has been stable with no connection problems. Most easier than running the game server from home.

The agent was super helpful and chill, managed to work around my own frustration stayed with me until the end kept trying what they could until I had my problem fixed. And the server is now running smoother than before, even on the general FPS.

Server was easy enough to set up and get me and my friend on it. There's been almost no issues with the actual use of the server, it's all very good. My only problem is that the server will crash quite frequently, sometimes up to once per hour, and it's not a huge deal but it is quite annoying, which is why I'm rating 4 stars instead of 5.

BisectHosting has been one of the worst hosting experiences I’ve personally experienced. My server has been offline for nearly 7 days in Dallas. They initially cited Hurricane Beryl even though pretty much there is 0 outages in the Dallas area as of today by most of the electric companies. Almost all damage by the hurricane was in Houston not Dallas.
There’s been no update, no eta, I don’t even know if my server still has its data. I keep getting told “We’re working on it”.
But for professional hosting a 7 day downtime is absolutely absurd. I’ve also had no compensation outside credit for a few days of downtime.

While most of our Dallas nodes are back online, we are currently dependent on the datacenter to restore full functionality. Unfortunately, natural events like heat waves or hurricanes can impact datacenters, and despite our best efforts, we have limited control over these occurrences.
Regarding your concerns about the initial citation of Hurricane Beryl, it appears there was a misunderstanding, and we deeply regret any confusion this may have caused. While the primary damage was indeed in Houston, our Dallas datacenter faced unexpected complications as well.
We are committed to improving our communication and providing more frequent updates in situations like this. Your data's safety is our top priority, and we will ensure that your server data is secure. We are also exploring better ways to prevent such extended downtimes in the future. We are also happy to compensate you for any downtime you had during this unfortunate outage. We will credit your account accordingly and keep you updated on the status of your server.

I just purchased access to your server today coming from a less than great company. After reading the reviews from forbes I decided to place my order with your company. Really great service overall, it did everything in the servers that I wanted it to do, only issue I ever had was the odd time it took a bit longer to start up the server but it was an easy fix.
