Plenty of reviews have already mentioned the scam (and they're right - their business model is clearly based on extorting you for your own documents) But that's not even the worst part! A user deleted a root folder by accident. Shouldn't be a problem, just log-in as the admin and restore the folder, right? Instead 1,000s of files came back with no folder structure - I cannot exaggerate what a serious disaster that was for our company. Since then we tried everything we could to manually back-up Box ourselves, but you can't even do that! To download through browser is impossibly slow and the connection would break (can 100% confirm that has nothing to do with our end). When we finally left them we had to pay extra to download our files through an FTP client - and even then it took 12 hours and was an unmitigated nightmare. Customer support just copy and pasted links to the FAQ - honestly it was insulting how poor their treatment was.

This website is not genuine. First they took 39.50 Euros. Again now they have transferred 105.94 Euros from my account without my knowledge. I have asked them to refund me. Now I can see that there are many complains similar with my case. Better I request my back to apply for a dispute.
