When I first was introduced to Hello Fresh, I was given a code for a discount to order my first box. I went online to see what options were available, but in order to look at the menu you have to subscribe to the account with your banking information. I went over the menu and decided not to get anything, not realizing I was still subscribed. Fast forward to a few months later, a payment went through for a box and delivery date was set for 3 days later. I instantly went online and cancel the subscription but was unable to cancel the box from coming. So I called customer service. The first guy I encounter said I cant cancel the pending box because its within the 5 days grace period of canceling, so I requested a supervisor and he hung up on me. I called back again and was finally able to speak to a supervisor and they offered to waive the fees for the box and only charge me for the delivery fee since it was outside of the grace period. The frustrating part is that they took the payment within the 5 day grace period so realistically I wouldn't have had the opportunity to cancel it anyways. So now Im left with the shipping cost on a box that I didn't even order, let alone know whats inside.

I was so disappointed with this website. First of all my order took like 3weeks to be delivered, then what i ordered for is not what I received, when i sent them an email and sms to tell them they gave a different colour of what i had ordered they never replied. I tried calling several times they didn't pick. Can never order from them again

Customer service representative s are not in the USA and they don't care about the consumer. I am tired of spending my money and giving opportunities to KFC store to make a simple thing correctly as simple as a chicken pot pie!!!! I work for my money and $7.00 add up being it's the forth time not getting my order correct. You give me a bowl of vomit. Cheese, mash potatoes, chicken corn and gravy! When I speak to the representative they act like it's their money I spent and are rude. Will never order from KFC and won't recommend them.

Scandalous. They sent me a link for a $300 credit. I clicked on the link and put in my credit card information in 3 days later they charge me $65. I had a $24 a day limit. When I called them to tell them what happened they asked me if I took a picture of the offer before I used it. Why would I take a picture of an offer you sent me. I did not know I would need it to protect myself from this scandalous thieving company. Just say no
