Kathy L was Amazing!!!!! She has got to be the best customer associate that I have ever had!! She went above and beyond what was required. I was ready to cancel my subscription and thanks to Kathy I did not. I was very frustrated and now I am the happiest woman I could ever be. I am one happy customer all due to Kathy L. She put up with me for 5 straight days, probably 6 times a day. I've never had such top notch customer service in my life!! I am blown away with the treatment I received!! Not impressed at all with this company seems like a scam so I ordered a bottle of hormone harmony and when I received it I read the box and it contains MACA ROOT which I cannot take due to health reasons I emailed them immediately and asked how to return and to get a return address I got an email from Nico asking for the product I ordered quantity and pictures I have sent all of this back and I can’t get any response from happy mammoth they won’t reply whole thing seems like a scam they don’t provide any address for returns and when you log into your account there is no return link I don’t know how this is allowed under distance selling regulations online everyone is entitled to a cooling off period ORDER NUMBER 764743 I have sent the pictures of the item it’s not opened or used and I have sent my account details etc

I need a note for work so I don't lose my job for getting treatment and it has been TWO WEEKS and no one can provide me documentation I need, just a doctors note saying I am capable of working while going through the program. I will lose my job and it seems it is just overseas customer service reps that can't do anything because theyre not doctors. If you get drug tested at work, DO NOT go through this treatment. They will not provide documentation to save your job.
