Unreliable service. I have only been serviced four times in the past nine weeks. I set my account up for weekly mowing in early spring, which worked well until the summer rush hit, then I received service on a roughly 10 day on average rotation. You are given a few vendors that offer individual quotes per mow cycle to choose from, but thats when the fun starts. The vendors are just sub contractors that Greenpal has no control over. The vendors can then do what ever they want. I was even sent a bill for someone else's house. I contacted the contractor Ludify LLC to present a complaint for a correction and he fired me! He then contacted me by text and proceeded to chew me out for the complaint. The second vendor I chose, Texas Lawnscapes, didnt show for two weeks. He only mowed once two weeks ago. I practically begged for him to reply to my texts, but only received one response since July 19th. Additionally, the scheduling system either automatically, or someone kept manually changing my mow frequency to biweekly from my original weekly request. I had to log in and change it back to weekly four different times. Each time I made a change, it pushed my service date a few days later. Now, if I change to a third vendor, they want to charge me a tall grass fee! Which the last vendor caused by not showing up. To put it simply, vendors can drop you or alter your schedule at their leisure and you can only sit back wait and hope for service. There is no way to contact Greenpal for assistance, your only provided the phone number of the vendor to text back and forth. Which at least some seem to ignore. This kind of service appears to be very convenient, but major changes need to be made to be consistently beneficial to their customer base. I predict failure for this company.

Rohin was very polite and professional. He took time to explain to us the different steps he was taking both inside and outside of our house to get rid of the mouse problem. He also talked about some preventive measures we could take to help towards alleviating the issue.

Their service is OK, but I was led to believe I could pre-pay for a year for seven applications. Unfortunately, they made seven applications within nine months and charged me for an additional Application I did not request. I’ve permanently canceled. I will never use them again.
