Critical Reflection Exercise Students are expected to have completed the assigned readings each week and be prepared to comment critically. Rather than providing mere summaries of course readings, students will be asked to analyze and synthesize information from the assigned readings while reflecting on their own lived experiences using personal examples, situations they observe in organizations and within their communities, and current events.
