TWITTER STRATEGIES FOR A
COMPANY
Know Your Audience

 You must know exactly what type of your twitter
  followers or follower candidates..
   We could try to build a two way communication.
    Throwing a simple question like what they really want
    to hear from you..
   From there, you will know how your followers speak
    and what kind of information to tweet or re-tweet..
   For example, @erafonestore’s audience are people
    who want to know about new gadgets info and
    gadgets’ price. Also, people who has an after sales
    problem and need a direct solutions.
   Find your type of audience now!
Tweet Like Talking to Real
Human
 Treat your followers like you talk to a real
  person not just a twitter account. By doing
  that, you will gain trusts from them.
 For example : use a common slank to greet
  your followers.. Or your could sometimes
  tweet something funny or encouraging..
Don’t Overdo The Promotions
 You could sometimes tweet your products’ promos.. Because
    from twitter you will get a good impact for your promo.
   But the thing you must know is, when to deliver the promo and
    how often..
   Know what time your followers are active, for example, during
    office hour or maybe after dinner time and so on.. Tweet on the
    perfect timing will make a better results..
   Don’t always talk about the promo.. But try to tweet something
    else like answering your followers questions.. Etc.
   By answering a question you could also do indirect promo.. Don’t
    forget to use a hash tags (#). For example : one of my follower
    asked about the discount term for the promo.. And I answered :
    “You will get additional 20% disc for purchasing more that 2
    #PromoSamsungTab2” , so basically by answering their question
    I also tweet the promotional news..
Use a Tweet Scheduler

 If you think you couldn’t handle twitter at
  sometime, You could try to use a scheduler
  like hootsuite, just to say hello or tweet some
  information.. So your follower will not think
  that you are abandoning them..
 But use the scheduler wisely, meaning.. Don’t
  try to throw a question or anything that will
  make your followers know that the twitter
  admin is actually not active.
Pay Attention To Trending
Topics
 See what’s going on now.. And try to
  comment on it.. Don’t just copy and paste but
  put your original comments on it..
 Don’t forget to always put Hash Tags.. For
  example, #DarkKnightRises is trending right
  now, and what I will tweet is like this “The
  movie is awesome! Huge fan of Nolan..
  #DarkKnightRises”
Community Building

 I believe the most important thing about doing a
  twitter for a company is about building an active
  community..
 Gather your customers, customer
  candidates, your product fans and so on.. Let
  them share information or knowledge.. And you
  are the moderator of that community..
 Ask them a question let them discuss it and
  share their own opinions..
 Community is not just a customer.. But also
  consumer, also fans and maybe haters.. They will
  make your company grow for sure..
Set Goal and Track It

 Set your goal.. For example, this month I
  want to have 10.000 followers.. Then you
  could track it by utilizing twittercounter.com
  to know your followers growth.
 You could also set a sales goal, for example
  you could try to figure out how much each
  follower is worth. You might difficult to find
  the exact number, but you will get the
  general idea..

 Those are some of the twitter strategies to
  make twitter useful for your company or
  business.
 Different company might need different
  approach.. But you should get the common
  ideas..
 Never give up.. Always learn and improve
