Faculty may also gain insights about how to teach material from the bottom-up vocabulary and systemic interconnections that emerge though collective tagging by students. That this social networking tool aggregates tags across a broad community can aid Harvard programs in understanding teaching and learning beyond individual faculty insights from a subset of students who are in each particular course.
