This webinar presentation introduces Smart Keys, a solution by SmartERP Solutions for simplifying chartfield entry in PeopleSoft. Smart Keys allow a single value to represent multiple chartfield values, providing consistency across modules and reducing integration efforts. The presentation demonstrates how Smart Keys are set up and generated, both automatically through rules and manually with approval workflows. Examples are provided of different Smart Keys configurations at Wesleyan University and Emory University.
